As a result, they are looking to recruit Bilingual Customer Service Advisors (English/German & English/Italian).
The role will be fully remote and will see you servicing customers across a mix of email and web channels. With customer experience being at the absolute forefront of everything my client does, the emphasis is on ensuring that customers receive a world class journey every time.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, the European CX Agent will service German and Italian market customers in their native tongue.

- Be fluent in English and German or Italian (you will be given a language test)
- Have previous customer contact centre experience (preferable, not essential)
- Possess a real focus to work through a heavy workload of customer queries without compromising quality
- Ideally have a background providing customer service in an eCommerce business or similar
- Have a real passion to deliver world class customer experience within an exciting, cool brand and be part of its growth
- Face to face, retail experience will be considered, and it is preferred that candidates are passionate about fashion
