Since 2017, CCP have supported our clients when they needed temporary staff to fill a short-term gap, usually with very quick timescales from brief to start date. Whether its a marketing campaign, new product launch, product recall, service backlog or a seasonal peak, these temporary staff (typically entry level administrators within back office operations, or front line customer service advisors) are charged and paid hourly.

Due to our prominent position within our market we're able to mirror our permanent recruitment process, not only sourcing talent who meet the skillset criteria but also those who fit culturally into our clients' business.

Projects that we have successfully completed range in size from 1 FTE, to 100 FTE.
