After partnering with our client in the financial service industry, I’m happy to present this fantastic Contact Centre Sales Manager role based in Southend-on-Sea.
This role requires someone who has led a successful sales team within a regulated environment. The majority of activity will be outbound B2B sales. The team will have warm leads to work with and there is minimal to no cold calls.
Key Experience and skills:
-Outbound Sales Success.
-Sales Management (within a contact centre.)
-Balanced ability to maintain a team and create a team.
-Hands on management.
-Supportive with strong people and soft skills.
-A laser focus on quality.
-Regulation/compliance experience (FCA Regulated environment.)
-Management experience within a Contact Centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Driving and motivating the sales team.
-Be able to train sales team members and maintain support for people with varying experiences.
-To always adhere to FCA regulations where necessary.
-Have a true understanding of product knowledge to drive the promotion of products to gain the sale.
-Add value to the sales function and the wider contact centre.
-Maintain the delivery of KPI’s , 1:1’s and the current metrics that drive the relevant data insights.
