We are delighted to be supporting an instantly recognisable global sporting brand with the appointment of several Sales and Service Executives to join their busy contact centre in Central Manchester. This is a full-time role offering a hybrid working arrangement, the successful Sales and Service Executives will be predominantly dealing with warm inbound customer contact via phone or email. You will be the first port of call for valued members, season ticket holders, fans, and potential customers with queries around ticketing, membership, hospitality, tours and more.

As a Sales and Service Executive you will look to identify opportunities to recommended additional team and company products to enhance the customer experience. You will ensure every customer interaction is delivered to the highest possible standard of professionalism, accuracy and in line with their club guidelines. Within this KPI driven environment, your aim is to deliver first contact resolution with all supporter enquiries and complaints, while sensitively cross selling and promoting their product lines.

The successful Sales and Service Executive will:
  • Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and ability to resolve queries and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Excel in a target driven environment, with a sales through service approach.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure with motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Contribute new ideas to help deliver personal and team performance.
  • An interest in sports would be advantageous.
This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work from home part of the week. The standard working week shifts would be either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm (35 hours, Monday to Friday). PLEASE NOTE: On matchdays played at home, you will be required to work up until half time but will receive an extra £120 a day regardless of the additional hours.
