We are pleased to be supporting our long standing, London based, Ecommerce client as they recruit for two Retention Executives to join the team!


The Retentions Exec will be responsible for retaining and growing the number of existing customers in line with agreed targets. Gaining customer feedback, understanding their needs and issues, and working out what you can offer to increase their customer loyalty.

  • Driven and resilient towards targets
  • Clear communicator, verbally and written
  • Ideally has experience in renewals/retention/sales/sales through service experience

Salary: £23,500 to £26,000 (Salary may vary depending on experience)


Contract: Full time and Part time roles available - Permanent - Hybrid


Working Hours: Ideally able to work 8am-5pm and be flexible across the week
