We are currently sourcing a Customer Experience & Insight Manager, working exclusively with an amazing retail brand where the Head Offices are based in London.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing all customer satisfaction survey programmes (NPS and CSAT)
  • Generate incisive, engaging reports
  • Uses VOC data and mapping to drive improvement in the customer journey
  • To proactively communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders on an ongoing basis to and identify insight gaps in the organisation
  • Lead the delivery of customer insight related projects and analysis
  • Develop tools and systems to analyse performance
  • Aggregate various data sources into simple & clean reports
  • Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
  • Spot trends and data connections
  • Deep dive into data to discover new metrics for performance drivers
  • Management of existing tools & reports to keep information up to date
  • Utilise data stored in the central data warehouse to unlock meaningful insights into business trends that enable decision makers to act
