  • An exceptionally motivated hands-on senior executive, with more than 20 years operations management experience with broad exposure to blue chip and technology driven organisations.
  • Experience includes BPO, Legal, Banking, Lending, Debt Purchase, and retail sectors with significant people management experience ranging between 100 and 2500 FTE.
  • A Six sigma certified Black Belt, with a ‘grass roots’ hands on’ strategic approach to management
  • A track record of successful turn-around / transitional and optimisation achievements delivered by developing teams consisting of top tier talented people who function as one to achieve world class service and results.
