Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £18.13 per hour (All inclusive umbrella rate)
Location: Farnborough
Shift Pattern: 8:00 – 5:15 (Rotational pattern)
Office Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days on-site) after 4 week training period.
Contract: 1x 6-8 month , 1 x 12 month
  
CCP are pleased to support an instantly recognisable, prestigious automotive business with their recruitment of 2x Temporary Sales Executives to start as soon as possible. One contract will be 6-8 months, and one will be a 12-month contract. 
  
My client is looking for 2 x Sales Executives who have previously worked in a contact centre environment communicating with potential customers via telephone and email. 
  
Main Responsibilities:
  
-Inbound calls/emails from customers, stakeholders, finance departments and more, answering enquiries about purchases as well as various queries.
-Outbound calls/emails to customers who have scheduled call backs, following up on warm leads and ensuring no customer is missed.
-Administration and note taking on various systems to ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date.
  
While not required, any experience working in a similar role for a finance company would be hugely beneficial.
