Logistics: On-site working – 5 days per week
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday. Regular office hours
CCP are proud to be supporting an existing client in an exclusive search for 7x Client Care Advisors to join a brand-new operation in Bristol. This role is working in the fertility industry, which means we are looking for empathetic, level-headed advisors who have a high level of emotional intelligence. We are looking to speak to candidates who aim to provide an elite level of service in every interaction.
This role will consist of inbound calls (from new potential patients) as well as proactively reaching out to new patients who have expressed an interest in their products and services online and requested a call back. During these calls, the advisor will ensure that the customers questions are answered fully, educating them on the various products and services that may be available / suitable for them and their needs. All new patients must be qualified to ensure they are viable for potential treatment before they can be booked in for a specialist consultation. This will form part of the initial conversation with new patients.
Advisors will therefore be tasked with converting new contacts (who have met the qualification criteria) into patients, at the start of their fertility journey. As a service-led, target-driven environment, it is vital that candidates understand the importance of delivering fantastic service with empathy, whilst achieving targets and meeting internal KPI’s.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a telephone-based customer service role, operating in an environment where customer experience is at the forefront of everything they do. Equally, due to the nature of the role, candidates who have operated in a sales-through-service capacity would be a strong fit for this role.
