About The Job
Role: Client Care Advisor
Location: Bristol (Aztec West)
Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm + 1 in 6 Saturdays
Logistics: Office-Based
CCP are supporting a fantastic private healthcare organisation in Bristol (Aztec West). Our client has opened a brand-new patient services contact centre and we’re helping them to recruit a Client Care Advisor to answer inbound calls from new patients, as well as make outbound calls to new patients that have requested further information on products and services.
Essential:
✅ We’re looking for people that have existing experience working in an inbound and/or outbound telephone-based role
✅ We’re looking for people that are customer obsessed, going above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer experiences
✅ We’re looking for people that are IT competent, comfortable using a CRM system, as well as basic Microsoft applications
✅ We’re looking for people that can demonstrate emotional intelligence, showing empathy during sensitive customer conversations
✅ We’re looking for people who can thrive in a target driven environment, where service is at the heart of everything you do
Role & Responsibilities:
✅ Take inbound calls from new patients registering their interest in products and services
✅ Make outbound calls to new patients who have requested a call to discuss products and services
✅ Ensure customers are treated with care and respect, answering their questions with sensitivity and empathy
✅ Qualify patients to ensure viability for treatments available that suit their requirements
✅ Book specialist consultation appointments for new, qualified patients, taking payments by phone
✅ Manage new patient onboarding, completing administration and compliance tasks with care and attention
✅ Deliver outstanding service levels consistently, working in a team focused environment
Important:
✅ New employees will be subject to a DBS check, prior to commencing employment
✅ New employees will not be able to take annual leave in the first 6 weeks during onboarding and training
✅ The core operating hours are scheduled to be 8:00am to6:00pm, Monday to Friday + 1 in 6 Saturdays. As this is a new operation, the hours are subject to change as the business may explore alternatives, which may include evenings.
