The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for proactively contacting businesses, introducing services, generating interest, and creating qualified opportunities for the wider Business Development team.
This is a genuine new business-focused role where you'll be expected to pick up the phone, engage prospects, and build a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity.

- Conducting high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Building relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of industries
- Converting cold prospects into warm opportunities
- Researching and targeting potential new clients
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
- Working closely with the Business Development team to support growth objectives
- Contributing ideas and initiatives to improve lead generation and sales performance
We're keen to speak with motivated sales professionals who are confident in a proactive outbound environment.
You'll ideally have:
- 1-3 years' experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, or new business sales
- Confidence making outbound cold calls and engaging senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A resilient and target-driven approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take action
- Experience within professional services would be advantageous but is not essential
