Are you a commercially minded marketer who enjoys building strategy as much as delivering campaigns? CCP are looking for a Strategic Marketing Executive to join a growing business at an exciting stage of its journey. This is a role for someone who can think beyond day-to-day marketing activity and help shape how the business positions itself, attracts customers, and drives long-term growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, improve engagement, and generate measurable commercial results.
  
The role can be fully remote or hybrid, with access to the office in Chester.
  
The Role

• Develop and deliver strategic marketing plans aligned to business objectives
• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email and social
• Support brand positioning and messaging across the customer journey
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insight-driven recommendations
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing activity
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and lead generation
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities

About You

• Experience within a strategic or commercially focused marketing role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign planning
• Able to balance creative thinking with data and performance insight
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote or flexible environment
• Confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
