Role: Part-Time Customer Service Advisor (4 month FTC)
Salary: £13,998 (£13.46 P/H)
Start Date: 5th May 2026
Location: Aylesbury
Office: 2 week on site training. After training, Hybrid 1 day per week (Weds) on site.
Hours: Mon-Fri 10am - 2pm (20 hours P/Week) (Training Mon-Fri 9-5)
CCP are proud to be supporting an existing client in their search for a motivated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and growing team based in Buckinghamshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in customer service. While previous regulated contact centre experience is preferred, the most important experience and qualities are any contact centre experience, a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
The start date for this role is Tuesday 5th May 2026.

Must Have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve queries efficiently.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing incoming calls and emails.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role (contact centre)
- Previous experience working in a regulated contact centre environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
