Job Title: Outbound Sales Advisor
Salary: £24,000 – £25,000
Bonus: Uncapped commission structure (OTE £35,000 – £40,000)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Logistics: Fully Remote OR Hybrid (1 day in office) 
Training: First 2 weeks are fully on-site for training (In Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire)

Key Attributes for Success:

Outbound Sales Experience:
You’ll be speaking to customers who are ready to purchase an annual insurance policy. These are warm leads - no cold calling - and your goal is to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, and close the sale with confidence and care. Previous experience working on an outbound dialler system is required.

FCA Knowledge & Compliance:
You must have prior experience working in an FCA-regulated environment and be confident using dialler systems. Adhering to compliance and regulatory standards is critical.

Drive & Service Mentality:
You’ll be positive, proactive, and target-driven, while still maintaining a service-first approach in every customer interaction. Your ability to listen and build rapport will set you apart.

Adaptability & Communication:
Whether you’re remote or in-office, clear communication and personal accountability are vital. You’ll be well-organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
