CCP is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, privately owned business based in the North West to recruit a Marketing Director for a pivotal and highly autonomous role.

Role: Marketing Director
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 + £20,000 Bonus + Benefits
Location: Hybrid or Fully Remote (with occasional travel to the North West)

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing leader to shape and deliver a strategic marketing vision, moving beyond traditional PPC-led activity and driving growth through innovative content and new marketing channels.

As Marketing Director, you will take full ownership of the marketing function, developing and executing a clear, results-driven strategy aligned to the wider commercial objectives of the business. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team, championing creativity, accountability, and performance, while identifying and leveraging new opportunities to build brand presence, engagement, and revenue.

We are looking for a confident and credible leader with strong commercial acumen, proven experience in strategic and content-led marketing, and the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy. You will be comfortable influencing at senior level, making data-informed decisions, and thriving in a growing, entrepreneurial environment. The role can be hybrid or fully remote, with occasional travel to the North West office to maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders.

With full budget responsibility, you will engage and manage relationships with third party partners. These third parties include both new as well as legacy agencies who support the business with its marketing strategy and delivery.
