Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £24,000 to £25,000
Location: Southampton
Working Pattern: Fully on-site
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: Monday 2nd March 2026
Core Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (with occasional weekends, early, and late shifts)
Due to continued growth and a busy period, our client is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service and being part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide a high level of customer service, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey
- Accurately update customer records and systems
- Support the wider customer service team during peak periods
