About The Job
CCP is looking for a CX Lead with proven contact centre leadership experience, ideally in an entrepreneurial subscription-based business, preferably at startup, or during a period of aggressive growth.
Our client is currently going through significant growth, and looking for someone to come in and manage their inbound customer experience function which is largely managed by a third party BPO in South Africa.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Location: London (City)
Logistics: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communicator with proven relationship-building and project management skills.
