Timings: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
CCP are delighted to be working with an exciting new start-up business in Yeovil that is looking to appoint an experienced Contact Centre Manager to build and grow their customer service operation from the ground up.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys creating processes, developing teams and driving exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing environment.

- Build, lead and develop a high-performing contact centre team
- Recruit, coach and manage customer service advisors
- Implement processes, procedures and performance measures
- Monitor KPIs, service levels and customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Previous contact centre management experience
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Experience working with KPIs and service performance metrics
- Comfortable working within a growing and evolving business
- £45,000 - £50,000 salary
- Hybrid working (4 office / 1 home for first 3 months, then 3 office / 2 home)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
