Job Title: Contact Centre Manager
Location: Yeovil
Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Timings: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

CCP are delighted to be working with an exciting new start-up business in Yeovil that is looking to appoint an experienced Contact Centre Manager to build and grow their customer service operation from the ground up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys creating processes, developing teams and driving exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing contact centre team
  • Recruit, coach and manage customer service advisors
  • Implement processes, procedures and performance measures
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
About You:
  • Previous contact centre management experience
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Experience working with KPIs and service performance metrics
  • Comfortable working within a growing and evolving business
What's on Offer?
  • £45,000 - £50,000 salary
  • Hybrid working (4 office / 1 home for first 3 months, then 3 office / 2 home)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Opportunity to shape and grow a brand-new contact centre function
