CCP Recruitment are delighted to partner a fantastic client looking for a Contact Centre Manager to manage their service-focused contact centre operation in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. We're looking for a Contact Centre Manager to lead with heart, inspire high-performing teams, and shape the future of our clients customer experience. This role is about more than managing day-to-day operations; it's about creating an environment where people thrive and customers feel genuinely cared for.
Location: Hertfordshire
Logistics: Full-Time Office-Based
Are you an inspirational leader of people, with contact centre management experience? Do you love coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams?

As well as coaching and supporting two fantastic team leaders (and their teams) to shine, you'll drive sales and retention performance while retaining your focus on delivering incredible customer experiences. The Contact Centre Manager will play a key role in shaping the growth and future of the contact centre, utilising data and insights where possible to celebrate success, as well as seek opportunities to continuously improvement operational performance.
