CCP has been asked by an established and unique betting brand to assist them with the appointment of a Customer Support Executive to join their dynamic office on a full-time basis. Are you a customer centric individual who enjoys interacting with others while offering outstanding customer service? Do you possess excellent communication skills and high attention to detail when dealing with compliance?

The successful Client Support Executive will strive for and enjoy customer satisfaction and effectively deal with complex enquiries in a timely, thorough, personable and professional manner. Customer contact could come via a range of channels including live chat, email or telephone. As a Client Support Executive you would then take full ownership of the enquiries and see them through to resolution.... while being surrounding by dozens of TVs showing football, cricket and various sporting events! Enquiries may include processing applications, verifying identification and fraud detection.

The modern office is in Central Hertfordshire, with onsite parking available and easy commutes from nearby stations. This is a hybrid working opportunity (post probation) offering you the chance to split your time working from home and in the well-equipped and vibrant office after probation.

To be considered for the Client Support Executive role you will:
  • Assessing new account applications via our Experian systems and ensuring that minimum standards of ID and address verification have been achieved.
  • Respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner and deal with client queries over telephone, live chat, and letter.
  • The detection and prevention of fraudulent applications/activity.
  • Reviewing documentation uploaded by our clients in order to assess appropriate affordability limits.
  • Processing of payments to ensure our client receives their funds in a timely fashion.
  • Analysing credit requests, authorising appropriate limits and contacting/ chasing debtors.
  • Daily administration duties such as daily post, processing client cheques, arranging couriers, scanning and stationary orders.
