CCP are delighted to be supporting an expanding financial services provider with the appointment of several entry level Business Development Executives. You will be responsible for converting warm, inbound leads into positive appointments with the Business Development Managers.
Are you a confident, personable and ambitious individual keen to move into a B2B, sales through service environment?

This is an onsite role working Monday to Friday only, they also offer a flexitime arrangement where you can choose your start and end time around core working hours (between 8am/10am and 4pm/6pm). The office is based in Altrincham, with plenty of onsite parking available and great public transport links.

The successful Business Development Executive will:
- Making outbound fact-finding calls to warm leads, existing clients and inbound enquiries.
- Build long term relationships with clients, focusing on trust and integrity.
- Take ownership of leads and potential pipeline, nurturing prospects through to appointment.
- Use the CRM effectively to log all activity, progress and results.
- Work with the Head of Business Development and wider team to deliver consistent growth.
- Driven to reach and exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Willing to support other activities to generate new business opportunities.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Passion for sales and desire to develop your career, especially within a B2B environment.
- Consistently bring a positive energy and high level of professionalism.
- Ideally experienced in an outbound telesales environment (preferably B2B).
- Motivated to hit and surpass personal and team targets.
- Be confident to prioritise and organise a busy sales pipeline.
- Enjoy cooperating with team members and contribute to a high performing culture.
