10x Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ferndown
Start Date: Wednesday 30th April
Contract Length: 6 Weeks (possible extension thereafter)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm (30 hours per week)
We’re looking for 10 articulate and professional Customer Service Advisors to support a fast-paced medical booking service in Ferndown. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, handling high call volumes and ensuring accurate, timely data entry. This is a temporary 6-week role with potential for extension or hybrid/remote working options after the initial period.

Role Summary
- Take inbound calls for medical appointment bookings (GP, Dentist, Physio, etc.)
- Handle 80–100 calls per day with empathy and efficiency
- Accurately input notes into a CRM system
- Maintain professional, clear and articulate communication at all times
- Strong written ability is essential for data entry and CRM updates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, confident phone manner with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a call centre or healthcare booking role is ideal
- CRM/data entry experience is highly beneficial
- Must be comfortable discussing criminal record information (spent or unspent – not necessarily disqualifying)
Pay: £12.27 hourly rate
