A proven Interim Manager and Consultant, Rochelle has over 20 years experience in contact centre and customer service environments. Originally starting her early career through telephone sales, she progressed to Director level and has successfully lead and transformed a number of large customer operations.

Having worked across the UK, Europe and Asia, Rochelle has a deep understanding of customer management strategies and operational practices with the influences of differing cultures. Energetic, customer and people focussed, she has designed and implemented a number of solutions for sizeable contact centres and also smaller customer service operations in the private and not for profit sectors.

Priding herself on keeping abreast of new thinking, trends and benchmarks in the customer service arena, she ensures that solutions are pragmatic and sustainable, forward thinking and create positive commercial values.
