Salary: £16.80 (All Inclusive rate - Umbrella)
Duration: 3 Weeks (Initially)

Working Pattern: Fully on-site
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours paid)
CCP are partnering with a growing Fintech organisation seeking customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. There is currently a backlog via telephone and email requiring additional resource.
There is an opportunity for this contract to be extended or potentially made permanent.
As a Customer Service & Claims Advisor, you’ll play a key role in the customer journey - managing enquiries, handling claims, and ensuring every interaction is delivered with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
