CCP are thrilled to once again be exclusively partnering with our fantastic client who are looking for a Scottish Customer Service Advisor to join their growing home-based customer service operation. Our client is an independent, charitable organisation that supports vulnerable people, or their carer givers, when it comes to decisions about their health, care, and wellbeing.

About The Role

Starting in August 2024, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and referrals into the organisation. The job holder is responsible for identifying vulnerable peoples’ needs and appropriately processing referrals, providing information and guidance, ensuring they are treated with respect, and supporting appropriately to access the correct service. You will communicate with customers by telephone, email and live chat, on a varied shift pattern that ensures your workload will vary day-to-day.
 
Our client is one of the UK's largest providers of advocacy and involvement services. Having introduced several candidates to them previously, we know first-hand how much everyone loves working there, and many of the candidates we introduced have since been promoted internally.

Logistics

This is a 100% remote role, where equipment will be posted to you before your role starts. You will receive a laptop and a monitor so a desk setup will be required.
 
Hours
 
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
 
Salary & Benefits
 
This role is paying a basic salary of £22,500 and is on an initial six month fixed-term contract. Due to growth, there are huge opportunities for this to extend, or transfer into a permanent opportunity thereafter, where salary increase opportunities are also available.
 
Experience Required
 
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have previous contact centre experience, plus be highly customer-centric, considerate, empathetic, and passionate. You must also be a efficient communicator with excellent attention to detail. Whilst previous telephone-based customer service is essential, experience speaking with customers by email and/or live chat would be beneficial.
 
Important
 
Due to the nature of this role, any successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS search completed by our client.
