Sales Executive
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm (fully office-based)
Salary: £30,000 basic + £50,000-£60,000 realistic OTE (Year One)
Start Date: ASAP

With a turnover of over £5 million and backed by a larger group, the business offers both stability and the energy of a tight-knit, collaborative team. They’re now looking to expand due to continued growth.
 
What you’ll get:

• £30k basic + £50–60k OTE in Year 1 (uncapped)
• 70% of your business is from warm renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to existing clients
• 30% new business from inbound leads and web enquiry follow-ups – no cold calling
• Deal values range from £150 to £30,000 depending on client size and need
• A team-oriented, down-to-earth culture with strong moral values and shared success

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment
• Driven, motivated, and confident in a consultative sales approach
• Comfortable working to KPIs and revenue targets
• Able to build and manage strong client relationships across a wide range of businesses
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented – someone who thrives in a collaborative culture and is ready to hit the ground running
