The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with our team of Recruitment Partners to support clients hiring exceptional talent for their contact centre operations across the UK. We’re looking for experienced recruiters with proven 360 recruitment expertise who are confident managing the full recruitment life cycle. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, deliver on recruitment campaigns and projects, build strong candidate and stakeholder partnerships, and proactively drive business development opportunities.

What’s On Offer
At CCP, our Recruitment Consultants earn between £40,000 and £75,000 per annum, including commission and bonus payments - rewarding both performance and impact.

Logistics
The role is Monday to Friday and primarily based at our Sawbridgeworth office, with four days in the office and the flexibility to work from home on Thursdays.
We offer a relaxed, casual dress code and provide free on-site parking for all team members.
  
Required Experience
While prior recruitment experience within our sector isn’t essential, we are looking for proven 360 recruitment experience. You’ll bring excellent communication skills (both telephone and written), strong IT capability, high levels of self-motivation, and a confident, outgoing personality.
