CCP is excited to be partnering with a fast-growing financial services business that’s seriously making waves right now. Thanks to their continued success, they’re on the lookout for an experienced IVA Advisor to join their thriving team in Cheadle (near Stockport).
What’s the role all about?
You’ll be speaking with clients who are ready to take control of their finances. Through meaningful conversations, you’ll get a full picture of their situation and guide them towards the best possible debt solution. It’s not just sales - it’s about helping people reset and move forward with confidence.

- Speaking to warm, pre-qualified leads - no cold calling
- Building rapport and handling objections like a pro
- Understanding income, spending, and financial situations in detail
- Recommending tailored solutions that genuinely help
- Hitting (and exceeding) targets in a fast-paced, supportive team
- Delivering top-tier customer experience on every call
