CCP are proud to be working with a fantastic client looking for a Contact Centre Manager on 3 month FTC based in London with an immediate start date. This role requires a hands on people focused Contact Centre Manager to come in and help improve the service and response rate.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contact Centre Manager to lead the dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving performance metrics, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across multiple communication channels. You will lead, coach, and inspire the team leaders and agents, implement continuous improvement strategies, and work closely with senior leadership to align contact centre performance with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams within a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Logistics
Salary- £50k- £60k
Location- London (West end)
Office Based- 4 days a week minimum
Hours- 9am-5pm Mon-Fri
Start Date- 30th June 2025/ 7th July 2025
