CCP are exclusively partnering with a fantastic client who are currently recruiting for a Head of Regional Contact Centre Operations, a brand-new role created as part of a business-wide change and transformation programme.
The Head of Regional Contact Centre Operations is responsible for consolidation of individual contact centres into high‑performing regional hubs that span multiple countries. The successful candidate will oversee these Europe-wide contact centre operations with the support of regional managers, who you will hire, manage, and mentor.
The operations you will design and build, as well as indirectly lead, will be tasked with delivering world-class service levels, balancing an empathetic customer experience with commercial conversion targets, while respecting local cultural and regulatory nuances.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 DOE
Bonus: 20% (Annual)
Logistics: This role will require you to travel regularly across Europe, and possibly further in time as the business continues to expand into new territories across the globe. You must be able to travel for days at a time (possibly even a week or two) to be considered for this opportunity. The role is fully remote (WFH) at all other times, with travel to the London Head Office required infrequently.
Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in managing call center operations, preferably on a cross border/regional scale.
✅ Demonstrable leadership and team management skills.
✅ Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
✅ Previous leadership within a service linked to sales/lead conversion environment.
✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
