German Customer Support Specialist
£30,000 - £35,000
Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office Based / 2 Days Remote - Hatfield

CCP are proud to be working with an innovative international business who are looking to appoint a German Customer Support Specialist to join their growing operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

The Role
You’ll be a key point of contact for German and English-speaking customers, supporting a range of queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help maintain a smooth customer experience while supporting day-to-day operational activity.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Manage incoming customer queries via internal systems and ticketing tools
  • Provide support to German and English-speaking customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating where necessary
  • Support account administration and system updates
  • Maintain accurate records and internal documentation
  • Assist with reporting and tracking of key operational activity
  • Monitor trends and highlight recurring issues or improvements
  • Support testing and quality checks following system updates or changes
  • Work closely with internal teams across Operations, Product, and Customer Experience
  • Share customer insight to support service improvements
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
 
Desirable:  
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
  • Background in technology or SaaS environments
  • Further education or relevant qualifications
