About The Job

CCP are delighted to exclusively partner with a fast-growing entrepreneurial customer centric telco business, who are expanding due to exceptional business performance and huge growth objectives. CCP are partnering with our client as they look to recruit a new Customer Service Manager. This is a home-based role, requiring (on average) one day a month on-site in London.

About The Role
Our client are growing, fast, and they have an incredible track record for wowing their customers with the service that they deliver. As a result of their teams continued growth, they’re recruiting for a new Customer Service Manager who will remotely manage a BPO partner based in South African, that currently houses 30 FTE within a customer service operation. The contact centre engages predominantly with existing customers, but occasionally with new customers also, and this multi-channel operation utilises customer contact via telephone, email, and live chat. We are looking for an inspirational leader who loves coaching and developing their people (from afar), and someone who can immerse themselves in the brand to deliver wow moments to their customer via the BPO. We also need someone who can help design and deliver business transformation, as our client are constantly evolving, as they look to improve operational efficiency and deliver an effortless and world class customer experience. 
This role is paying a basic salary of £45,000 to £550,000 DOE, plus a 15% bonus.
Experience Required
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have the following experience:
Leading a contact centre operation with an FTE of 50+
Managing a multi-channel customer service operation
Either working for a BPO, or as an Vendor Manager who relationship manages a BPO
