CCP are delighted to be working with an existing client who are a leading home furnishing retail business, as they look to recruit two passionate Customer Service Representative's to join their head office customer operation in Nuneaton.

About The Role

Our client sells luxury products priced between priced upwards of £5,000 so naturally, their customers expect to receive a high level of service when they engage with the customer service operation post-purchase. To be successful in this role, you must therefore immerse yourself in the brand and ensure you show empathy, are engaging and have confidence when speaking to customers. Our client is going through a period of positive change and transformation, so are looking for people who are confident with new systems and processes, and are adaptable, with good basic IT skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage inbound enquiries using telephone, email, and live chat
First point of contact for new and existing customers
Ensure customer records are updated accurately and efficiently

This role is paying a basic salary of £23,400.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 18:00
Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 18:00 (WFH)
Working in a shift pattern, you will only ever work one in every two weekends, so never two weekends in a row, unless by choice. On weekends, you will be working on both Saturday and Sunday, but from home if preferred. When you are scheduled to working on the weekend, you will receive two days off in lieu; one of these days will fall the week before the weekend you're working, and the other one of these days will be in the week after the weekend worked.

There will be a one-stage interview process, on-site in Nuneaton.
