Our client is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to provide technical support for healthcare products. You'll assist customers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring safe and timely issue resolution.

About The Role
Our client is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to provide technical support for healthcare products. You'll assist customers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring safe and timely issue resolution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for healthcare products through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Guide customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive support experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance product knowledge and refine customer service processes.
- £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (based on experience).
