Salary: £23,800 - £25,000 – plus 5% company performance bonus
On site, hybrid or fully remote working
CCP are delighted to be supporting a leading fuel provider with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their team ASAP. You will be expected to provide an exemplary level of customer service taking an empathetic and understanding approach to domestic customer queries.
Are you a highly proficient customer service specialist seeking a fulfilling new challenge?
Are you confident in handling large call volumes while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail?
Within this role, you will genuinely be making an impact to customers in potentially sensitive situations. Therefore, emotional maturity and business intelligence is a must. During off season, working days would be Monday to Friday (shifts falling between 8am – 5:30pm). During peak periods, you will also work 1 in 4 Saturdays (8am – 12pm).

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide an exceptional level of service in all interactions relating to order status, changes and issues.
- Ensure customer records are updated accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct two-way conversations through various communication channels.
- Complete administration, after call work and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Manage personal and group inboxes and complete allocated tasks.
- Adhere to all operational processes, policies, and procedures always.
- Take responsibility of personal KPI’s and team/department expectations.
- Ensure retention and implementation of all provided training materials.

- Possess excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, with high levels of emotional maturity.
