What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer emails, Zendesk tickets, and phone calls in a friendly and professional way
- Helping customers with orders, returns, replacements, and refunds
- Keeping track of all interactions so nothing slips through the cracks
- Working with the team to solve tricky problems and make customers happy
- Always putting the customer first and making sure they feel supported
- Someone who loves helping people and gives amazing customer service
- Friendly and clear communicator, especially in writing and on the phone
- Good at spotting problems and finding solutions
- Reliable, adaptable, and happy to work in a busy environment
- Zendesk experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Shifts between 08:00 - 18:00
- 2x Saturdays per month (can be worked from home) with Friday off in lieu
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
