CCP are delighted to be supporting a leading fuel provider with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their B2B team ASAP. You will be expected to provide an exemplary level of customer service across market segments such as commercial, rail, construction, retail and government.

Are you a highly proficient and reliable customer service specialist seeking a new challenge?
Are you confident in handling large order volumes while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail?
 
Working days would be Monday to Friday (between 8:30am - 5:00pm), with no weekend or bank holiday working. There is some flexibility around working arrangement, although the client  would ideally like the successful candidate to spend some time onsite initially.  
 
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Provide timely response to customer enquiries by email, portal and telephone in accordance with company expectations.
  • Take responsibility for the full order process - acknowledgement, processing, confirmations, monitoring and support.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service in all interactions relating to order status, changes and issues.
  • Ensure accurate entry of data, including transaction reporting, CRM systems and KPI reports.
  • Conduct two-way conversations through various communication channels.
  • Complete administration, after call work and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage personal and group inboxes and complete allocated tasks.
  • Adhere to all operational processes, policies, and procedures always.
  • Take responsibility of personal KPI's and team/department expectations.
  • Ensure retention and implementation of all provided training materials.
