Customer Service Administrator
£25,000 - £30,000
Full Time - Monday to Friday
Are you a customer centric individual with experience within the maintenance, building or construction industry?
Do you demonstrate an empathetic and considered approach when dealing with customer enquiries?
CCP has been asked by an established maintenance organisation to assist them with the appointment of a Customer Service Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. You will be expected to handle enquiries (inbound and outbound) in a timely, considerate and effective manner with excellent attention to detail when scheduling maintenance work. You will be liaising with engineers and thirds parties, as well as clients which include councils and major retail brands.

- Relevant experience of the maintenance, building or construction industry.
- Able to use own initiative and solve problems.
- Willing and flexible to respond positively to challenges.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Literacy and numeracy skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Reliable team player who can effectively work in challenging circumstances.
- Previous call centre/contact centre experience.
