They continuing to expand and are currently looking to recruit an experienced contact centre Team Leader to manage a small outbound lead generation team of 10-15 FTE at their office in Chorley, Lancashire.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced contact centre Team Leader who will manage a team of 10-15 outbound lead generation executives. The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. As such they have numerous opportunities for the right individuals to join their thriving business. The client is fast paced, dynamic, and exciting, and operate within the financial services (regulated) industry.
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working within a target-driven, outbound contact centre Team Leader role, preferably within a financial services, or insurance business.
Salary & Benefits
This role is paying a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £42,000 (£1,000 monthly commission highly achievable, based on successfully hitting pre-agreed targets).
Key Responsibilities

If successful, your main day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and development of staff
  • 1-2-1's and documented coaching
  • Motivation and staff morale
  • Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions
  • Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI's

The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Chorley, where they have parking available for staff members, free of charge. The hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:15am to 6:30pm, and Friday 9:15am to 3:30pm, so if successful you can benefit from early finishes each week before the weekend.
Experience Required
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Previous experience within a Contact Centre Team Leader role
  • Outbound sales / lead generation experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
