Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

CCP are delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking organisation in their search for a compassionate and experienced Contact Centre Manager to join their team and lead a dedicated regional contact centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an empathetic leader with proven experience in managing customer care teams, who thrives on delivering exceptional service and driving performance through data-led decision-making and supportive coaching.
As the Contact Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a regional team of Customer Care Advisors (total 10 FTE currently)- ensuring efficient daily operations, leading from the front, and embedding a culture of care, compliance, and continuous improvement. As well as dealing with the day-to-day, the business is in a stage of growth and looking to have the team at a total of 25 FTE by the end of the year.
This is a sales through service operation working on both inbound and outbound contact to customers, demonstrating high levels of service at all times. This individual will need experience recruiting team leaders and agents to maintain a premium level of service to customers. While exceptional service is paramount, the role is leading revenue generating teams so sales leadership and coaching is also required.
