Second Charge Mortgage Advisor

CCP is proud to be working once again with a forward-thinking financial services provider based in the heart of Manchester. As the business continues its impressive growth, fuelled by a steady stream of high-quality inbound leads, they are now looking to add four experienced Second Charge Mortgage Advisors to their expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing warm leads across multiple channels
• Offering tailored mortgage advice to fit each customer’s unique circumstances
• Navigating regulatory standards (SMCR) and staying compliant
• Following internal lending policies with integrity
• Achieving targets and service levels while delivering an outstanding experience

 Must Have

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience in an advice-based sales role
• Proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
• Able to work from the Manchester office at least 3 days a week
• Clear communication and strong customer service skills
• Confident in making decisions and handling complex queries
• Motivated, driven, and a natural team player

 Desired

• Full or part CeMAP qualification (or commitment to achieve it - training provided)

 Salary

• Basic salary between £27,415 and £35,154 (depending on qualifications)
• Uncapped commission with OTE of £41,000 to £50,000+

 A Note on Compliance
This position falls within the FCA’s Certification Regime. All successful candidates will undergo a credit check, DBS screening, and annual fit-and-proper assessment in line with regulatory standards.
