We were approached by an interim consultant who was working at a very well-known and instantly recognisable pizza delivery company. They were looking to centralise their customer service operation at their Head Office and build a new contact centre team from scratch.

We met the client on-site to get a real feel for the place and its culture, and started to help them design the new operation.

The client retained us to deliver the required 16 FTE at Advisor level, and also worked with us exclusively on both a Team Leader and a Contact Centre Manager role.

Not only did we source the Manager and Team Leader for them, but we also delivered on all 16 FTE Advisor roles too, not without its challenges. The client wanted Advisors to work a variety of late-night shifts which proved a challenge, but with our help they achieved their goals and the team are now fully functional and up-and-running today.

The entire project took less than ten weeks, and we assisted the client to not only design their assessment centre, but we also worked on-site with them to run the assessment days too.

This was great fun and meant we were able to meet all of the candidates face-to-face on site, and another perk was that we all got to have pizza during the day…
