Having been in contact with Lloyd at Contact Centre Partners for a while; I engaged them to source, screen and secure a number of temporary customer service advisors to help support our growing volumes of multi-channel customer demand. Following ongoing communications about what I required and onsite visits at our Hertfordshire sites, the CCP temp team set about their work and secured the volume hires we required; these totalling around 40 heads.

Candidates were thoroughly screened, referenced and compatibility checked against our cultural model for suitability and were booked to join the Solarplicity team for ongoing assignments.

The CCP team were fully engaged with us a business all the way through the project and were always readily on hand; sometimes out of hours, to deal with any issues, answer questions, provide insight and find additional heads where required; many at short notice.

I have since returned to re-engage with CCP for smaller volumes of temporary customer service staff and have enjoyed success with them for permanent hires too.
