He has 20 years experience within financial services, including 12 years at Senior Manager / Head of Operations level and is commercially astute with a strong track record of results delivery across multiple channels.

Nick is skilled at utilising the experience, expertise, qualifications and interests of staff to benefit the organisation and its customers through enhanced sales and service performance, and improved staff retention.

He has the ability to manage significant change through effective relationships with key stakeholders.
