She has over 17 years experience setting up, managing and leading contact centres. World-class customer service is her expertise and management of change is Snitha's forte. She's managed the setting up of detailed processes for effective interaction in a variety of different types of businesses, including the assessment and monitoring of every aspect of the client experience. 

Snitha's a highly competent individual, efficient and able to delegate and manage work in a professional manner, and is approachable and able to commit time to staff when required.
