We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for an incredible, rapidly growing, London based client of ours which operate within the luxury skin care industry as they seek X1 Customer Service Specialists.
As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service journey and have a sale through service approach. You will be managing general customer enquiries pre and post purchase, via email, social media and live chat but also have the confidence to carry out private video consultations for customers who may need visual tutorial’s on how to use their products.
To be considered for this role, you will need previous customer service experience, ideally within luxury retail. You will need to be a professional, customer centric individual who has a proactive approach to exceed targets.
Key Deliverables:
· Answer general enquiries via emails, social media and live chat.
· Carry out private video consultations for customers in need.
· Provide high class customer service continuously.
Salary: £30,000
Contract type: Permanent – Full Time
Shift pattern one: 8:00 – 16:30
Shift pattern two: 11:30 – 20:00
Please note that the shift pattern will be five days over seven, working three weekend days per month, either a Saturday or Sunday shift, never both.
Working arrangement: Our client has taken a flexible approach and the current team is working on a Hybrid basis. However, the office has a fantastic culture, free gym classes and many more benefits to indulge in, so you may find yourself in the office more often than you think! The first month of training will require you to be based in the office but on completion, you can expect to have more flexibility working from home.
