CCP have partnered with a well funded SaaS Fintech business based in London to recruit a Customer Service Executive. If you have an eye for detail and have experience working in this capacity for a Fintech business, this is the role for you.
This is a small but growing business which will see this hire initially being the only point of contact for customer service.
Owing to the level of responsibility you’ll take, you must have the ability and confidence to take complete ownership for this front line function.
This is NOT a transactional customer service agent role simply taking basic enquiries, but is a varied product focused position for someone who is looking to develop their career and take on responsibility for a more complex offering.
The role is office based 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. This can become more flexible over time but for the foreseeable this will be the pattern. Training on the product will be provided to get you up to scratch. You will be expected to handle customer queries via the phone as well as email. This will include new user training as customers first use the product. The successful candidate must be able to manage workload, maintain trust and ultimately get the job done without needing someone watching over them.
The role will be Mon-Fri for now and pays between £30,000-£35,000. There is an accessible gym by the offices as well as a standard benefits package.
