We are pleased to be supporting a returning client with their search for a fluent, bilingual contact centre team leader (French/English), based out of their Central London offices.

Our client is a prestigious, global hospitality brand with a largely high net worth customer base to which you will offer world class customer service to ensure excellence at each stage of the customer journey.

To be considered for this opportunity you MUST:
  • Have a solid customer service background at leadership level
  • Must be either native French or a true bilingual individual (French/English)
  • Ideally have experience of working for an exclusive brand
  • Possess a proven ability to coach, guide and lead a team of customer service advisors, assuring quality at all times
  • Be comfortable working as part of a leadership peer group with other team leaders and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
This role will form part of a 7-day shift rota with operational contact centre hours being Monday-Friday between 7am and 10pm and Saturday & Sunday between 8am and 7pm. Time off in lieu will be given for weekend work.
