CCP are delighted to be supporting a digital e-commerce company recruit X3 Inbound Sales Executives to join their contact centre. You will confidently up/cross sell additional products and services using a soft sale through service approach. Basic Salary, £22k with projected OTE being £27k.
This is a hybrid role with the successful Inbound Sales Executives working 3 days at home, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and the other 2 days will be based in their office in Hinckley on Wednesday and Friday. Hours being Monday – Friday, 9-5:30 with a Saturday shift every 3rd week, 9-4 with a day off in lieu.

The successful Inbound Sales Executive will:
- Confidently handle calls, emails, and social media enquiries in an efficient and effective manner.
- Respond to initial customer enquiries converting leads into customer consultations with a consultative approach.
- Manage and prioritise workload in line with targets that are set out at the start of each month.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualities:
- Passion for delivering high sales volumes and high standards of customer service.
- Target driven and can demonstrate ability to work to KPI’s.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong IT skills and proficient using computer systems.
- Able to build rapport and comfortable speaking to a wide range of potential customers.
Experience:
- Sound knowledge of how to deliver a ‘sales through service’ approach in a contact centre environment.
- Knowledge of using a consultative approach whether this be from a service or sales background.
